Normal university is the main force of primary school teachers’training.In order to meet the demand of basic education,normal universities should define the direction of personnel training service,construct a reasonable curriculum system,reform teaching methods,improve practical teaching links,constantly improve the quality of personnel training,and provide qualified primary school teachers for urban and rural areas.
