摘要
"现代学徒制"是近期职业教育发展和改革的重要内容之一,是职业教育适应我国经济发展现状的有效调整。该研究探讨了现代学徒制的理念下的连锁经营管理专业人才培养模式的内容,基于分析提出了"轮转制"人才培养模式,并对这种培养模式的实践提出了建议。
'Modern apprenticeship'is one of the important contents of the recent development and reform of vocational education,and an effective adjustment of vocational education to adapt to the current situation of economic development in China.This study explores the content of the talent training mode of chain operation and management specialty under the concept of modern apprenticeship.Based on the analysis,it puts forward the'rotation system'talent training mode,and puts forward some suggestions on the practice of this training mode.
