研究生导师是研究生培养的第一责任人,落实研究生导师立德树人职责,应更好地健全研究生导师绩效考核体系、加强自我约束、加大培训力度、营造良好氛围,从激励机制、约束机制、保障机制等方面系统化、全方位的完善研究生导师立德树人行为引导机制,培养更多德智体美全面发展的优秀研究生人才。

Postgraduate tutors are the first responsible person for postgraduate training.To fulfill their duties,we should better improve the performance appraisal system of postgraduate tutors,strengthen self-restraint,increase training efforts,and create a good atmosphere.We should systematically and comprehensively improve the behavioral guidance of postgraduate tutors in respect of incentive mechanism,restraint mechanism and guarantee mechanism to train more excellent graduate students with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physical fitness and aesthetics.
