摘要
现代学徒制在校企合作中对创新型技术人才起着重要作用。现代学徒制具有双主体负责,双师教育,双场所学习,学生有双重身份等明显特征,中职学生较于普教学生在自我管理的意识和能力方面都比较薄弱,现代学徒制下学生的管理更具有难度和挑战性。中山市三乡镇理工学校经过多年理论研究和实践摸索,形成了一套行之有效的现代学徒制下学生管理方法。
Modern apprenticeship plays an important role for innovative technical talents in school-enterprise cooperation.It has the obvious characteristics of double-subject responsibility,double-teacher education,double-place learning,and students’dual identity.The secondary vocational school students are weaker than the general teaching students in the sense and ability of self-management.The management of students under the modern apprenticeship is more difficult and challenging.After years of theoretical research and practical exploration,Sanxiang Polytechnic School has formed a set of effective student management methods under the modern apprenticeship.
