该文主要关注产教融合背景下围绕特需项目建设的江苏企业研究生工作站的管理体制的优化,着眼目前管理体制存在的不足,在现有管理体制上,根据特需项目研究生工作站实践的结果,优化以成果转化为着眼点的协同双导师制以及深化以产业为导向的协作运行管理机制,最终推动企业研究生工作站的良性发展。

This paper focuses on the optimization of the management system of Jiangsu enterprise postgraduate workstation under the background of the integration of industry and education,focusing on the shortcomings of the current management system.On the existing management system,according to the results of the practice of the postgraduate workstation of special needs project,it optimizes the cooperative Double Tutorial System with the focus on the transformation of achievements and deepens the industry-oriented system.Cooperative operation and management mechanism will ultimately promote the healthy development of enterprise postgraduate workstation.
