基于应用型人才培养的高校教学改革问题探究

Probe into the Teaching Reform in Colleges and Universities Based on the Training of Applied Talents

随着经济全球化进程的日益加快,各国对于创新型、应用型人才的需求不断增加。高校是应用型人才培养的摇篮和重要基地,但若想培养出高素质、高质量的人才,还需要不断地创新和改进传统教学模式,并在其中融入现代化教学理念,如此才能取得理想化的教学成果。鉴于上述,该文主要对应用型人才培养与高校教学改革的相关问题进行了研究。

With the increasing of the process of economic globalization,the demand for creative and applied talents of all countries is increasing.Colleges and universities are the cradle and important base of applied talents cultivation,but to train high-quality and high-quality talents,it is necessary to constantly innovate and improve the traditional teaching mode,and to integrate into the modern teaching idea,so that the ideal teaching result can be obtained.In view of the above,this paper mainly studies the related problems of the application of the applied talents and the teaching reform of the university.
