基于精准扶贫的大学生创新创业能力发展研究

Research on the Development of College Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ability Based on Targeted Poverty Alleviation

在我国教育体系不断改革与深化的时代背景下,人才培养模式改革已经成为相关学者研究的重要课题。2015年,国务院发布的《关于打赢脱贫攻坚战的决定》中,强调要加强教育脱贫,也就是说通过教育手段来达到脱贫的目的,实施帮扶行动。利用实验平台培育新型创新创业人才,提高教育质量与水平,将教学内容和学生的未来发展有机结合在一起成为当前教学者研究的重要课题。基于此,文章从多个角度与层面就基于精准扶贫的大学生创新创业能力发展进行深入分析,并提出了基于精准扶贫的大学生创新创业能力发展的对策与建议。

Under the background of the reform and deepening of China's education system,the reform of talent training mode has become an important topic for related scholars.In the decision on winning the tough battle against poverty released by the state council in 2015,the state council stressed the need to strengthen education to alleviate poverty,that is to say,to achieve the goal of poverty alleviation through educational means and to implement assistance and support actions.Using the experimental platform to cultivate new innovative and entrepreneurial talents,improve the quality and level of education,teaching content and students'future development together has become an important topic for current teachers.Based on this,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the development of college students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability based on targeted poverty alleviation from multiple perspectives and levels,and puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions for the development of college students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability based on targeted poverty alleviation.
