基于平衡计分卡的中职学生创业社团绩效管理指标体系的构建——以徐州机电工程学校学生创业社团为例

Construction of Performance Management Index System of Students' Entrepreneurship Associations in Secondary Vocational Schools Based on Balanced Scorecard——A Case Study of Students' Business Start-up Association in Xuzhou Mechanical and Electrical Engine

中职创业社团是为学生提供创业教育基地,培养学生创业实践能力的学生组织。绩效管理水平的提升对创业社团持续性发展具有重要意义。该文以徐州机电工程学校学生创业社团为为例,基于平衡计分卡理论,分析构建适合中职学校学生创业社团的绩效管理指标体系,通过层次分析法确定各级指标及权重,利用专家打分确定目标值。

Students’business start-up association is the entrepreneurship education base in Secondary Vocational School,which to cultivate students’entrepreneurial practice ability.The ascension of performance management level is of great significance for the sustainable development of start-up association.Taking business start-up association in Xuzhou Mechanical and Electrical Engineering School as an example and based on the the Balanced Scorecard Theory,this paper constructed and analyzed a performance management index system that’s suitable for the business start-up association in Secondary Vocational School,definined the indexes and weights with analytic hierarchy process(ahp),and determined the target values by experts scoring.
