职业能力视角下中职英语教学模式的创新探索 被引量:3

A Probe into the Innovation of English Teaching Mode in Secondary Vocational Schools from the Perspective of Vocational Competence

摘要 中职教育的核心功能是培养较高素质的技能型人才,经济全球化和"一带一路"建设对职业教育提出了挑战,要求中职英语教学必须要定位于培养学生职业英语能力的维度,才能为学生"好就业、就好业、就业好"奠定坚实的基础。该文正是基于此,以提升中职学生职业能力为核心,开展对该校不同专业毕业生英语职业能力的调查与分析,梳理毕业生在英语职业能力方面存在的问题,并提出中职英语教学模式的创新对策,以期实现人才培养目标。 The core functions of secondary vocational education is to cultivate the high-quality skilled talents,economic globalization and the construction of the"Belt and Road"poses challenges to vocational education,secondary vocational English teaching must be positioned in the dimension of cultivating students'vocational English ability,so as to lay a solid foundation for students'"good jobs,good business,good employment".Based on this,this paper,focusing on improving the vocational ability of secondary vocational students,carries out a survey and analysis of the English vocational ability of graduates of different majors in our school,sorts out the problems existing in the English vocational ability of graduates,and proposes innovative countermeasures for the English teaching mode in secondary vocational schools,so as to achieve the goal of talent training.
