Construction of Modern Distance Training Mechanism of New Generation of Migrant Workers

新生代农民工群体在外部制度条件改善之后,如何发挥自身能动性,借助政府和社会力量,提升学历层次和职业能力实现融城,这是目前所面临的现实问题。该文结合新生代农民工的特点和现代远程教育推进的现状,从新生代农民工主体性角度出发,利用现代远程教育技术和平台,构建有可行性的、实效性的现代远程教育培训运行机制。

With the improvement of the external system conditions,new generation of migrant workers how to process their own initiatives,with the help of the government and social forces,to enhance the educational level and professional ability to enter cities,this is a realistic problem facing them at present.Based on the characteristics of new generation of migrant workers and the present situation of modern distance training,from the perspective of the subjectivity of new generation of migrant workers,this paper utilizes modern distance training technology and platforms to construct a feasible and effective mechanism of modern distance training.
