基于生涯思路的“三年四阶段”研究生培养模式——以广东工业大学自动化学院为例

"Three Years and Four Stages" Postgraduate Training Mode Based on Career Thinking

摘要 现阶段研究生教育及培养模式主要由结果产出导向,以培养高层次研究型、应用型技术人员为目标,侧重培养研究生实际工作能力的培养模式,往往对研究生身心教育缺乏全面关注和引导。为落实"立德树人"根本目的,提出基于生涯阶段理论的研究生培养模式,将研究生的三年分解成懵懂入学、过渡阶段、自我沉淀、毕业升华的"三年四阶段",根据研究生个人特点,分不同侧重点对研究生进行培养,目标是培养出德才兼备,思源爱校的全面发展型研究生。 At present,postgraduate education and training mode are mainly result-output oriented,Aiming at cultivating high-level research-oriented and application-oriented technical personnel,focusing on cultivating the practical work ability of postgraduates,tend to be a graduate student education lack of full attention and guidance of body and mind.In order to implement the fundamental purpose of"cultivating talents by virtue",a graduate training mode based on the career stage theory is put forward,the three years of graduate education are divided into three years and four stages of ignorant enrollment,transitional stage,self-precipitation and graduation sublimation.According to the personal characteristics of graduate students,the training of graduate students is divided into different focuses,the goal is to cultivate comprehensive and developmental graduate students with both ability and political integrity.
