高等音乐院校“形势与政策”教育现状及创新策略

Analysis on the Present Situation and Reasons of "Situation and Policy" Education in Music Colleges and Universities

'形势与政策'教育是高校大学生思想政治教育的重要内容新时期高校的'形势与政策'教育应该具有理论性、实践性和时代性相统一的特点。高等音乐院校担负着为社会主义先进文化建设输送高质量音乐专门人才的重任,思想政治教育的作用不可忽视。针对目前我国高等音乐院校'形势与政策'教育中存在的问题,笔者认为必须加强'三个阵地'即理论阵地、实践阵地、舆论阵地的建设,使'形势与政策'教育收到成效。

'Situation and policy'education is an important content of college students’ideological and political education.In the new period,the'situation and policy'education in colleges and universities should have the characteristics of theory,practicality and the unity of the times.Music colleges and universities are responsible for transporting high-quality music professionals for the construction of advanced socialist culture.The role of ideological and political education can not be ignored.In view of the problems existing in the'situation and policy'education in higher music colleges and universities in China at present,the author thinks that we must strengthen the construction of'three positions',that is,the theoretical position,the practical position and the public opinion position,so that the'situation and policy'education will be effective.
