该文以《餐饮服务与管理》课程讲授实践为基础,结合创新创业教育的具体要求,分析两者相融合存在的问题与挑战,以《餐饮服务与管理》课程为例,就创新创业教育与旅游管理专业教育相融合提出相应对策。

Based on the teaching practice of Restaurant Service and Management course,combined with the specific requirements of innovation and entrepreneurship education,this paper analyses the problems and challenges in the integration of the both parties.Taking Restaurant Service and Management course as an example,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures for the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and tourism management education.
