摘要
为保证学校发展各项长期和短期目标、任务保质保量按时完成,激发学校内部活力,促进办学质量和效益不断提升,日照职业技术学院从2009年起实施目标责任制考核制度。经过九年的实践和建设,目标责任制考核体系不断完善,逐渐形成了基于全面质量管理(TQM)、戴明循环(PDCA)等质量管理理论的'一平台五机制'两级目标责任制考核体系。
In order to ensure that the long-term and short-term goals and tasks of the development of the school are completed on time with high quality and quantity,stimulate the internal vitality of the school,and promote the continuous improvement of the quality and efficiency of running the school,rizhao vocational and technical college has implemented the goal responsibility system assessment system since 2009.After nine years of practice and construction,the objective responsibility system assessment system has been constantly improved and gradually formed a two-level objective responsibility system assessment system based on TQM,PDCA and other quality management theories.
