摘要
近年来,各校纷纷设立了教师发展中心,旨在探索教师培训工作的运行规律,加强教师队伍建设,通过各种手段推动和服务于教师的教育教学、科研能力、综合素养的提升。目前,还有不少高校的教师发展中心工作仍处于边实践、边摸索阶段,文章以三江学院教师发展中心工作为例,共同探讨教师分级培训模式。
In recent years,many schools have set up teacher development centers to explore the operating rules of teacher training,strengthen the construction of teachers,and promote and serve the improvement of teachers’education,teaching,scientific research ability and comprehensive literacy through various means.At present,the work of teacher development centers in many colleges and universities is still in the stage of practice and exploration.Taking the work of teacher development centers in Sanjiang University as an example,this paper explores the mode of teacher stratified training.
