上海高校校训的德育功能及创新研究

Research on Moral Education Function of Shanghai Universities’ Motto

校训一所学校的名片,它是全校师生从立身处事到学习求知的价值观念与行为准则,具有强烈的德育功能。上海由于是中国最先进、教育资源最丰富、开放程度最高的城市,上海高校具有引领全国的文化方向与人才动向的作用,其校训包含着丰富的德育教化内涵,同时又吸收了西方普世价值观及全球视野,具有强烈的科学态度与创新精神,作为师生学习态度的重要组成部分,共同服务于学校的德育工作。但在功能的发挥上存在学校工作形式化、道德目标口号化等问题,笔者提出权威修正与解读校训、研究整理校史、开展交流活动、加强校训宣传等应对策略,从而使校训的德育功能落到实处。

The school motto of a school business card,it is the whole school teachers and students from standing up to learning to learn from the value of the concept and code of conduct,has a strong function of moral education.Shanghai is the most advanced city in China with the richest educational resources and the highest degree of openness.Shanghai colleges and universities have the function of leading the cultural direction and talent trend of the whole country,and its school motto contains rich connotation of moral education and education.At the same time,it absorbs the western universal values and global vision,has a strong scientific attitude and innovative spirit,as an important part of teachers and students’learning attitude,serves the moral education work of the school together.But there is formalization of school work in the development of function.In order to realize the moral function of the school motto,the author puts forward some countermeasures such as revising and interpreting the school motto,studying the history of the school,carrying out the exchange activities and strengthening the propaganda of the school motto,and so on,in order to realize the moral education function of the school motto.
