A Review of the Research on the Influencing Factors of Career Matching Degree

摘要 职业匹配,是关于人的个性特质与职业性质相匹配的理论。在大学毕业生逐年剧增的时代背景下,提高职业匹配度对缓解我国的大学生就业困境,帮助大学生获得职业生涯成功,实现自我价值,进而促进社会发展具有重要意义。近年来,职业匹配被大量学者关注,并已取得了丰富的研究成果。该文依据已有文献对职业匹配进行多维度研究,综合成两个方面进行综述:第一,职业匹配概念综述;第二,职业匹配影响因素研究进展。并基于既有研究现状进行总结,为该主题发展趋势提供参考。 Occupational matching is a theory about the matching of personality traits and occupational characteristics.Under the background of the increasing number of college graduates year by year,it is of great significance to improve the degree of career matching to alleviate the employment dilemma of college students in China,help them achieve career success,realize self-value and promote social development.In recent years,career matching has been concerned by a large number of scholars,and has made a wealth of research results.Based on the existing literature,this paper summarizes the multi-dimensional study of career matching from two aspects:first,the review of occupational matching concepts.Second,the research progress of career matching influencing factor.And based on the existing research status,it provides a reference for the future research direction and development trend of the topic.
