摘要
在传统的高等教育理念中,大学生一直被视为受教育者或被管理者,而非现代意义上的教育主体,他们的自主性、创造性、能动性受到限制,参与权弱化乃至缺失,这很大程度上阻碍了我国高校法治化和民主化的进程。本文对我国大学生参与权现状进行考察,引入美国、德国等西方国家大学生参与权实践,在中外比较研究的基础上,提出了完善我国大学生高校管理参与权的途径。
In the traditional concept of higher education,college students have always been regarded as the educated or the administrator rather than the main body of education in the modern sense.Their autonomy,creativity and initiative are limited,and the right to participate is weakened or even missing,which has largely hindered the process of legalization and democratization of Chinese universities.This paper examines the status quo of college students’participation rights in China,introduces the practice of college students’participation right in western countries such as the United States and Germany,and puts forward some ways to improve the management of college students’participation right in China on the basis of comparative studies at home and abroad.
