高校二级学院层面心理健康教育模式构建与实践——以“五个一”工程心理健康教育模式为例

在当今实际的新工科背景下,探索适应新型工科背景高校、特色鲜明的高校二级学院层面的心理健康教育模式显得尤为重要。本文基于工科高校二级学院层面构建'五个一'心理健康教育模式,全面、系统、有针对性地将学校和学院学生心理健康教育工作有机结合,培养学生积极的生活态度,提高学生心理健康素质,营造阳光健康心灵,帮助同学认识自我、发展自我,有效发挥学生成长辅导过程中的积极作用。

Nowadays in the context of new engineering background,it is very important to explore the psychological health education model that is suitable for secondary college level in colleges and universities with new engineering background and distinctive features.Based on the'Five-one'mental health education model at the level of secondary colleges in engineering colleges,this paper integrates the mental health education of students in colleges and universities in an all-round,systematic and targeted way,cultivates students’positive attitude towards life,improves students’mental health quality,builds a sunny and healthy mind,helps students to understand themselves,develop themselves and effectively develop students’growth,develops the positive role in the counseling process.
