面向新能源发电工程类专业的“123”创新创业教育模式探索与实践 被引量:1

摘要 本文结合新能源发电工程类专业属性和新能源行业对人才的需求规格,按照创新创业教育教学的特点,在实践的基础上探索提出了'一条主线,两项融入,三个提升'的'1-2-3梯度进阶式'创新创业教育人才培养模式,探索实施自由式、探究式、合作式等教学方法,营造了'互联网+双创教育'的开放型创新创业生态教育环境。通过实施,学生综合能力显著提升,学科竞赛成绩突出;人才培养质量显著增强,毕业生得到用人单位普遍好评;教师教学能力明显提高,取得了教学相长的良好效果。 This paper combines the professional attributes of new energy power generation engineering and the requirement specifications of new energy industry for talents,according to the characteristics of innovative entrepreneurship education and teaching,explores and puts forward the'1-2-3 gradient advanced'innovative entrepreneurship education talent training mode based on practice,and explores and promotes the teaching methods of free,exploratory and cooperative style,which have created an open environment for innovation and entrepreneurship education of'Internet+innovative entrepreneurship education'.Through the implementation,students’comprehensive ability has been significantly improved,and their academic competitions have been outstanding;the quality of personnel training has been significantly enhanced,and graduates have been generally praised by employers;teachers’teaching ability has been significantly improved,and good results have been achieved.
