摘要
实训中心建设是高职教育的重要内容,本文先提出了'共同管理、联合开发、创新育人'的校企联合创建工业机器人实训中心的建设思想。然后从职业岗位能力分析出发,提出了将实训中心分为基础实训、虚拟仿真、技能竞赛、综合实训四大平台,并列出了各个平台可以开展的实训项目和与之相应的课程。最后从服务学生、服务学校、服务社会三个方面提出了实训中心的运行机制。
The construction of training center is an important part of higher vocational education.This paper first puts forward the idea of building a industrial robot training center jointly by schools and enterprises that joint management,joint development,innovative education.Then,based on the analysis of professional position ability,the training center is divided into four basic platforms:basic training platform,virtual simulation platform,skill competition platform and comprehensive training platform.The training programs and corresponding courses that can be carried out by each platform are listed.Finally,the operational mechanism of the training center is proposed from three aspects:serving students,serving schools and serving society.
