地方高职院校大学生创新创业能力培养现状与对策——以娄底职业技术学院为例

Current Situation and Countermeasure of Cultivating Innovative and Entrepreneurial Ability of College Students in Local Higher Vocational Colleges——Taking Loudi Vocational and Technical College as an Example

近年来,国家高度重视创新创业教育,要求深化高等学校创新创业教育改革,不断提升学生的创新精神、创业意识和创新创业能力。该文以娄底职业技术学院为例,就地方高职院校大学生创新创业能力培养工作现状进行分析,提出了相应的改革与发展对策。

In recent years,the state attaches great importance to innovation and entrepreneurship education,and calls for deepening the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in institutions of higher learning,and constantly improving students’innovative spirit,consciousness and ability of innovation and entrepreneurship.Taking Loudi Vocational and Technical College as an example,this paper analyses the current situation of cultivating students’innovative and entrepreneurial ability in local higher vocational colleges,and puts forward corresponding reform and development countermeasures.
