摘要
微生物学实验是生物学的重要基础课程之一,方法和技术已经渗透到各种领域的生物学研究。根据微生物的特性,该课程应牢固树立无菌概念,牢记微生物的基本特点,掌握一系列基本操作技术进行完善的微生物学实验。在实验中加深理解基础理论知识,并用所学的实验技能完成一个小型微生物研究项目,提高学生微生物实验的创新意识及科研工作能力,提高学生分析问题和解决问题的能力。
Microbiology experiments are one of the important basic courses in biology.Methods and techniques have penetrated into various fields of biological research.According to the characteristics of microorganisms,this course requires students to firmly establish the concept of sterility,keep in mind the basic characteristics of microorganisms,and master a set of basic operation techniques for complete microbiology experiments.In the experiment,deepen the understanding of basic theoretical knowledge,and use the experimental skills to complete a small microbiology research project,improve the students’innovative awareness and scientific research ability,and improve students’ability to analyze and solve problems.
