应用型人才培养下的土木工程教学改革研究

随着我国社会经济的飞速发展,对建筑行业的专业人才需求不断攀升,培养适应建筑行业发展需求的应用型人才是当前高校土木工程专业人才培养迫切需要解决的一大问题。该文通过阐述应用型人才培养的必要性,分析应用型人才培养下土木工程教学中存在的主要问题,对应用型人才培养下的土木工程教学改革策略展开探讨,以期为促进土木工程专业应用型人才培养工作的顺利开展提供一些帮助。

With the rapid development of China’s social economy,the demand for professional talents in the construction industry is rising.Training applied talents that meet the development needs of the construction industry is an urgent problem that needs to be solved in the current training of civil engineering professionals.This paper expounds the necessity of the cultivation of applied talents,analyzes the main problems in the teaching of civil engineering under the training of applied talents,and discusses the reform strategy of civil engineering teaching under the training of applied talents,in order to promote the application of talents in civil engineering.The development of the training work provides some help.
