“互联网+”背景下的教师技能结构探讨

摘要 在互联网背景下,为探讨一套行之有效的教师技能培训体系,采用理论探讨、调查统计分析、指标筛选的方法,围绕教师、学生、课程与资源这四个因素,定出大种类的教师技能。要形成具有可操作的培训体系,对每个大种类的教师技能进行细分,通过统计筛选确定细分技能,完成教师技能培训体系的构建。 Under the background of Internet,in order to explore an effective training system for teachers’skills,this paper adopts the methods of theoretical discussion,survey and statistical analysis,and index screening to determine a large variety of teachers’skills around the four factors of teachers,students,curriculum and resources.and sets out the great variety of teachers’skills.To form an operational training system,it is necessary to subdivide each large type of teacher’s skills,determine the subdividing skills through statistical screening,and complete the construction of the teacher’s skill training system.
