新时代大学生精准资助问题及对策探究

A Study on the Issues and Countermeasures for College Students’ Targeted Aid in the New Era

精准资助是精准扶贫、教育扶贫的重要抓手,如何做好精准资助是一个当前教育领域迫切需要解决的重要问题。为此,该文从精准资助的概念入手,分析了精准资助中存在精准认定信息不对称、精准资助过程缺乏监督、精准帮扶教育功能缺失、精准资助的保障机制缺乏等若干问题,并提出了进一步优化对策,以求提升精准资助的实效性和科学性。

The targeted aid is an important element of Targeted Poverty Alleviation and Educational Poverty Alleviation,how to realize the targeted aid precisely is the urgent problem needed to be solved for the educational filed.This article starts with the concept of targeted aid,analyze the related questions such as targeting information asymmetry,supervision lack on aid process,targeted aid education function loss,safeguard mechanism vacancy and so on issues,and further propose the optimization solutions,in order to promote the effectiveness and scientificity of targeted aid.
