摘要
ERP沙盘模拟经营高度还原了现实企业运行的业务流程和实际状况,在市场分析、战略制定、产品研发生产、生产线建设、融资决策及财务报表编写等企业内部管理的经营过程中,几乎运用到了所有关于企业管理的知识。该文将从ERP沙盘模拟的经营原理以及ERP在现实生活中的实践应用两个方面进行研讨。
The simulation operation of ERP sand table highly restores the business process and actual situation of the actual enterprise operation.In the process of internal management of enterprises,such as market analysis,strategy formulation,product development and production,production line construction,financing decision-making and financial statement compilation,almost all the knowledge about enterprise management is applied.This paper will discuss the operating principle of ERP sand table simulation and the practical application of ERP in real life.
