高校人事部门在高校管理中扮演着重要角色,是高校的核心管理部门之一,在高校发展中发挥着重要作用。高校人事部门在强化责任意识的同时,还要增强风险防控意识。师资管理、薪酬管理、档案管理等是其基本职责。在这些基本工作中,只有将人的因素与制度因素有机结合,才能从内因和外因两个方面有效做好相关工作环节的风险防控。一方面,是从内因着手,提高人事管理干部的综合素质;另一方面,是从外因着手,加强人事管理制度建设。
