摘要 高校人事部门在高校管理中扮演着重要角色,是高校的核心管理部门之一,在高校发展中发挥着重要作用。高校人事部门在强化责任意识的同时,还要增强风险防控意识。师资管理、薪酬管理、档案管理等是其基本职责。在这些基本工作中,只有将人的因素与制度因素有机结合,才能从内因和外因两个方面有效做好相关工作环节的风险防控。一方面,是从内因着手,提高人事管理干部的综合素质;另一方面,是从外因着手,加强人事管理制度建设。 The personnel departments of colleges and universities play important roles in the management of colleges and universities.They are core management departments of colleges and universities,and they are very important to the development of colleges and universities.While strengthening the sense of responsibility,the personnel departments should also enhance the awareness of risk prevention and control.Teacher management,salary management and archives management are their basic duties.In these basic?tasks,only by organically combining the human factor with the institutional factors can we effectively do a good job in the risk prevention and control of the relevant work link from two aspects of internal and external factors.On the one hand,from the internal factors,we should improve the comprehensive quality of personnel management cadres from internal factors;on the other hand,from the external causes,we should strengthen the construction of personnel management system.
