摘要
大学生心理健康教育是当前高等教育重点关注的问题。基于此,该文围绕正念训练对大学生心理健康教育的影响研究展开了深入探讨,首先阐述了正念教育的定义及训练技术,并分析了正念训练在大学生心理健康教育中的优势,最后阐述了正念训练对大学生心理健康教育的影响,以期提高大学生心理健康教育的时效性。
Psychological health education for college students is the focus of current higher education.Based on this,this paper focuses on the impact of mindfulness training on college students’mental health education.Firstly,the definition and training techniques of mindfulness education are elaborated,and the advantages of mindfulness training in college students’mental health education are analyzed.Finally,the impact of mindfulness training on college students’mental health education is elaborated in order to improve the timeliness of college students’mental health education.
