新时代高职院校辅导员幸福感的提升路径研究

Research on the Ways to Enhance the Happiness of Counselors in Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Era

文章分析了当前高职院校辅导员工作现状,发现仍然存在以下三大困境:辅导员身份感不明;专业化能力起点相对较低;工作繁杂、压力较大、据此现状指出新时代背景下高职院校辅导员的幸福感提升路径:做好三师——学生政治方向、思想方法、生活方式的导师;练达三度——提升政治占位高度、修炼思考深度、扩大知识广度;注重三效——提高思想政治工作效率、提高学生学习成才效果、提高组织学生效能。

This paper analyses the current situation of counselors’work in higher vocational colleges,and finds that there are still three major dilemmas:unclear identity of counselors;relatively low starting point of professional competence;complicated work and high pressure.According to the current situation,it points out the ways to improve the happiness of counselors in higher vocational colleges in the new era:to do a good job in the three teachers-students’political direction,ideological methods and lifestyle.To practice three degrees-to enhance the height of political occupancy,cultivate the depth of thinking,expand the breadth of knowledge.To pay attention to three effects-to improve the efficiency of Ideological and political work,improve the effect of students’learning and success,and improve the efficiency of organizing students.
