教育培训行业发展与大学生创业——广东省中小学教育培训机构发展现状调研

Development of Education and Training Industry and Entrepreneurship of College Students——A Survey of the Development of Education and Training Institutions in Primary and Secondary Schools in Guangdong Province

随着社会经济结构的变化和国家双创政策的提出,越来越多的毕业生将目光投向自主创业。从当前中小学教育培训机构的发展现状来看,中小学教育培训机构行业具有较大的发展前景,但是在教学质量、经营管理、资金运转方面也存在较大的问题。结合大学生当前创业现状,从创业者个人素质、机构经营策略等方面为大学生在教育培训行业创业提供参考与建议。

With the change of social and economic structure and the proposal of the national policy of double-creation,more and more graduates are turning their eyes to self-employment.From the current development status of primary and secondary education and training institutions,the industry of primary and secondary education and training institutions has great prospects for development,but there are also major problems in teaching quality,management and fund operation.Based on the current situation of college students’entrepreneurship,this paper provides reference and suggestions for college students’entrepreneurship in the education and training industry from the aspects of entrepreneurs’personal qualities and organizational management strategies.
