工学结合培养模式是对高等职业本科院校教育的主要表现,也是职业教学在人才培育方面成长的必然因素。并从高等职业本科教学中的工学结合的教育管理为主,经过对工学结合的实施方式的探究、概论以及探讨教学管理要面临的新标题、新挑战、新方法、新内容。重新建设以品质为中心,并以合作办学、合作育人、共同创业以及共同发展为主题的教学管理系统。

The training mode of work-study combination is the main manifestation of higher vocational undergraduate education,and also the inevitable factor for vocational teaching to grow in talent cultivation.Based on the education management of work-study combination in higher vocational undergraduate teaching,this paper explores the implementation mode of work-study combination,and explores the new title,new challenges,new methods and new contents of teaching management.We will rebuild a quality-centered teaching management system with the theme of co-operation in running schools,co-education,co-entrepreneurship and co-development.
