基层公共文化服务体系建设现状与对策研究——以廊坊市为例

The Research into the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Constructing Grass-roots Public Cultural Service System——Taking Langfang as An Example

文化建设是我国社会主义现代化建设的重要内容,是实现中华民族伟大复兴的重要载体,是文化自信的重要组成部分。加强基层公共文化服务体系建设,使文化服务更加适应基层人民群众的需求,不断丰富基层公共文化供给,提升基层公共文化服务效能,对于增强文化自信、提升人民群众幸福指数意义重大。文章以河北廊坊市为例,阐述廊坊基层公共文化服务体系建设的做法及存在的问题,并提出建设性意见。

Cultural construction is an important content of China’s socialist modernization construction,an important carrier to realize the great rejuvenation of China and an important part of cultural confidence.Strengthening the construction of public cultural service system can make the cultural services more suitable for the needs of grass-roots people,enrich the public culture supply at the grass-roots level,improve the public cultural service efficiency for the grass-roots people and attach significance to enhancing cultural self-confidence and promoting people’s happiness index.This paper takes Langfang city as an example,presents the practice,problems and constructive suggestions of its grass-roots public culture service system construction.
