高职院校女生创业能力培养的路径探索

Exploration on the Way to Cultivate the Entrepreneurship Ability of Girls in Higher Vocational Colleges

随着我国社会经济的飞速发展,大学生就业问题也成为人们关注的一个热点问题。随着大众创业万众创新的新时代到来,越来越多的大学生投入到创业大军中,其中不乏女生。伴随着国家各类创业政策的出台,明确了将创业纳入促进就业的方针,加大创新创业人才培养支持力度,支持青年创业。高职院校将此作为就创业工作的指导意见,尝试从女生个人、学校和社会三个层面出发,寻找合适的创业能力培养路径。

With the rapid development of social economy in China,the employment of college students has become a hot issue of concern.With the advent of a new era of mass entrepreneurship and innovation,more and more college students are investing in the army of entrepreneurship,including many girls.With the introduction of various national entrepreneurship policies,the policy of incorporating entrepreneurship into employment promotion has been clarified,and the support for training innovative entrepreneurs has been strengthened to support young entrepreneurship.Higher vocational colleges take this as the guidance for entrepreneurship work,and try to find a suitable way to cultivate entrepreneurship ability from three aspects of girls’individual,school and society.
