In the background of'standardization+',it is very important to improve the quality of the quality guarantee system of continuing education talents in vocational and technical colleges.Only when each education department attaches importance to continuing education to enhance the quality and ability of students can it provide excellent talents for society and contribute to the progress and development of society.This paper discusses the importance of constructing quality assurance system for continuing education personnel training,the connotation of continuing education personnel training and how to improve quality assurance system of continuing education personnel training in vocational and technical colleges under the background of'standardization+'.It provides some suggestions for the study of relevant aspects of vocational and technical colleges.
