“行、企、校”实践共同体的建设途径与运行机制探究

摘要 '行、企、校'实践共同体就是以人才培养为平台,在英语教师和专业教师、校内教师与行业企业专家、研究者与教师之间构建实践共同体,以人才能力培养中的关键问题解决为中心,产学研结合,交流互动,共享信息资源,实现专业人才共育的实践性行动环境。它具有虚实结合的组织形式,以'双进'与'双通'为行走机制,以基于关键问题解决的研究为共同体的行动内容。 Practice community of industry,enterprise and college enables English teachers,experts from industry and enterprises,researchers and other teachers to work together in a community of practice.All the people in community focus on solutions to the key problems in students’cultivation by means of mutual interaction,combination of production,study and research,share of information resources.Practice community creates new environment of practice and action for talents cultivation in a cooperative way.It has special organizations,with some regular and some not.It has operation mechanism of two-way communication and access and works on the key problems in education.
