党的十九大以来,习近平总书记提出'四个全面'的国家治理理念,以保证社会主义现代化建设的顺利推进。新时代社会发展环境下,'四个全面'思想与党员思想政治教育的结合,可以从多个方面对党员领导干部的思想观念与行为进行约束,提升党员领导干部的工作效率与服务质量。探讨党员干部的思想政治教育,通过分析当下党员干部存在的思想政治问题,提出改革方向与策略。

Since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has proposed the'four comprehensive'concept of state governance to ensure the smooth progress of socialist modernization.Under the environment of social development in the new era,the combination of'four comprehensive'thoughts and party members’ideological and political education can constrain the ideological concepts and behaviors of party members and leading cadres from various parties,and improve the work efficiency and service quality of party members and leading cadres.Exploring the ideological and political education of party members and cadres,and analyzing the ideological and political issues of the party members and cadres currently,put forward the direction and strategy of the reformers.
