开设家长课堂的必要性及创新策略探究

Research on the Necessity and Innovation Strategies of Opening Parent Classes

目前很多家庭教育的水平令人担忧,不懂孩子、没有科学正确的教养方式、原有的教育水平跟不上孩子成长的脚步等等,这些成了我们当下家庭教育不能普及而又亟需改变的现状,所以集中进行家长教育、提升家庭教育水平势在必行。国家对于家长学校的提出和规划,这是一个非常明确的方向,但是,当前很多地方的家长学校作为目前我国进行家庭教育知识普及和家庭教育指导的主要阵地,其应有功能还没有得到充分发挥,教育资源并没有得到充分的利用。如何有效地发挥其作用,充分挖掘其工作潜力,从而达成家庭教育与学校教育的有机结合,让家庭教育的普及工作真正落地,值得我们进一步展开深入研究。

The situation of current parenting education in China is anxious,there are three main reasons which lead to this situation:parents don’t understand their children,parents don’t know how to be parents,parents are not progressing with their children.It’s urgent to improve this situation by raising the attention of the importance of parenting skills and the spread of parenting courses.Although parenting school is a clear national plan,it is not fully exploited and appreciated in some areas.There is no doubt that enough concern must be paid on how to put the plan of widespread parenting school nationally into effect.
