摘要
通过梳理学者对大学毕业生就业质量各项指标的研究,构建了从宏观、中观、微观三个维度对大学毕业生就业质量评价指标体系。并结合讨论这三个维度的指标在大学毕业生就业质量评价指标体系中的权重,为社会、高校、大学毕业生对自身的就业质量高低评价提出了一套相对科学、客观的评价体系。
Through combing scholars’research on the indicators of employment quality of college graduates,this paper constructs an evaluation index system for college graduates’employment quality from the macro,medium and micro dimensions.Combined with the discussion of the weight of these three dimensions in the evaluation index system of college graduates’employment quality,it provides a relatively scientific and objective evaluation system for the evaluation of the quality of employment of the society,colleges and university graduates.
