Exploration on Teaching Reform of Civil Engineering Mechanics Foundation in Secondary Vocational Schools Based on Job Positions

摘要 中职《土木工程力学基础》教学存在不好教、不好学、成绩合格率低和教学与职业岗位脱节的问题,学校不能培养适合企业岗位的学生,企业不能找到合适的毕业生。通过研究,致力于达到中职《土木工程力学基础》教学中如何具体做到贴合职业岗位,从各岗位需要的人才入手研究教学内容、教学方式与教学标准,研究如何让学生参与学习,主动学习,提高教学质量。 There are some problems in the teaching of Civil Engineering Mechanics Foundation in secondary vocational schools,such as poor teaching,poor learning,low qualified rate of achievement and the disconnection between teaching and professional posts.Schools can not train students suitable for enterprise posts,and enterprises can not find suitable graduates.Through the research,we devote ourselves to the study of how to make the teaching of Civil Engineering Mechanics Foundation fit for the professional post,how to study the teaching content,teaching methods and teaching standards from the talents needed by each post,and how to let students participate in learning,actively study and improve the teaching quality.
