随着我国社会的飞速发展,现阶段对于高校创新创业的能力培养越来越重视起来,高校创新创业教育改革也在进行深入研究。由于近年来高校毕业生逐年增加,多数高校毕业生面临着毕业等于失业的现状,而高校的创新创业能力培养模式的研究有助于缓解高校毕业生的就业压力,缓解社会企业的招聘压力,可以更好地解决毕业生就业难、工资低等社会发展中需要迫切解决的问题。

With the rapid development of our society,at this stage,more and more attention has been paid to the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability in colleges and universities and the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is also being studied in depth.As the increasing number of college graduates in recent years,most college graduates face the situation that graduation equal to unemployment.The research on the innovation and entrepreneurship training mode of colleges and universities can help to alleviate the employment pressure of college graduates and the recruitment pressure of social enterprises.It is better to solve the problems that need to be solved urgently in the social development of graduates such as difficulties in employment and low wages.
