供给侧结构性改革背景下大学生就业创业的路径研究

Research on the Path of College Students’ Employment and Entrepreneurship under the Background of Supply-Side Structural Reform

从供给侧结构性改革的背景出发,高校专业设置与就业创业指导和社会需求之间的矛盾愈发突出,高校对外传输的创新性人才亟待改进。在供给侧结构性改革背景下,对当代大学生就业创业的问题进行研究对促进社会经济发展具有重要意义。该研究从就业理念、高校培养方向以及就业培养模式等方面分析目前大学生就业创业难的原因,并探索了优化路径,以期为推动解决大学生就业难的问题提供一些理论依据。

Starting from the background of supply-side structural reform,the contradiction between the professional setting of colleges and the guidance of employment and entrepreneurship and social needs is becoming more and more prominent,and the innovative talents of the university’s external transmission need to be improved.Under the background of supply-side structural reform,it is of great significance to study the employment and entrepreneurship of contemporary college students to promote social and economic development.This paper analyzes the reasons for difficulty of employment and entrepreneurship of college students from the aspects of employment concept,college training direction and employment training mode,and explores the optimization path,in order to provide some theoretical basis for promoting the problem of college students’employment difficulties.
