多元协同视角下高校思政教育与就业教育有机融合研究——以安庆职业技术学院为例 被引量:5

摘要 在当今多元融合的理论背景下,高校思政教育与就业教育由于其一致的教育目标与学生发展的紧迫需求,实现两者有机融合具有现实意义。在高校思想政治理论课中融入与渗透就业创业教育,培养学生的职业认知与就业创业意识,从而健全学生人格。文章从多元协同视角出发,剖析思政课程与就业创业课程相融合存在的困境,并尝试以高等职业院校为例提出两类课程融合的解决路径。 Under the background of multivariate synergy theory,the integration of ideological and political education and employment guidance education in high vocational Colleges have practical significance because of their consistent educational goals and the urgent needs of students’development.In the ideological and political theory courses in high vocational Colleges,it integrates and penetrates employment guidance education,cultivates students’professional cognition and employment entrepreneurship awareness,and improves students personality.From the perspective of multivariate synergy theory,this paper analyzes the dilemmas existing in the integration of the two types of courses,and attempts to propose a solution path for the integration of two types of courses with higher vocational colleges as an example.
