摘要
粤东农村地区中小学的教师对于在职深造,在动力、态度及具体参与情况等方面都有所不同,存在不同教龄教师在职深造意愿差异大、物质保障不足、工学矛盾突出、参与积极性不高等问题。该研究立足这些问题,研究其背后存在的现实因素,从而提出有针对性的对策和建议,以期推动广东基础教育事业的发展。
Teachers in primary and secondary schools in rural areas of Eastern Guangdong differ in motivation,attitude and specific participation in on-the-job further education.There are many problems,such as great differences in teachers’willingness to do on-the-job further education,insufficient material security,outstanding contradictions between work and study,and low enthusiasm for participation.Based on these problems,this paper studies the realistic factors behind them,and puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions in order to promote the development of basic education in Guangdong.
