摘要
中小学扶志工作是一个系统工程,涉及健康知识,传统文化,社会道德,励志教育等方面。该研究通过观察、访谈等质性研究方法了解贫困地区中小学学生特点,从积极心理学视角,结合24项积极心理品质的相关要点,探究性的在中小学生积极心理品质课程设置中,针对好奇心、热爱学习、勇敢、坚持、友善、团队精神、自律(自控力)、感恩,希望这9项积极心理品质给出引导、激发的策略,设计积极心理学系列课程,帮助孩子们从小树立正确的理想信念,培养积极心理品质,从'志'上实现脱贫。
The volunteer work in primary and secondary schools is a systematic project,involving health knowledge,traditional culture,social morality,inspirational education and other aspects.In this paper,through observation,interview and other qualitative research method to understand the characteristics of the primary and secondary school students in poverty-stricken areas,from the perspective of positive psychology,based on the relevant points of 24 positive psychological quality,exploring the curriculum in primary and middle school students’positive psychological quality,for curiosity,love of learning,brave,persistence,friendly and team spirit,discipline(self-control),gratitude,hope this 9 positive psychological quality such as guide,inspire the strategy are given,design of positive psychology courses,to help set up the correct ideal faith at a young age,to develop positive psychological quality,realize from the'zhi'out of poverty.
