中职学校实训建设要服务于以学生学习为中心的教学模式,解决在大班额实训教学中学生自主学习与教师对学生进行精准指导的问题。引入精益化管理理念分解实训教学过程,明晰各教学环节的目标、标准、流程、评价方式,构建全面质量管理框架;融合物联网技术、云技术、大数据技术、人工智能技术等信息化手段,建设能实践与呈现设计者先进职教理念职业学校实训室。

The construction of practical training in secondary vocational schools should serve the student-centered teaching mode,and solve the problem of students’autonomous learning and precise guidance of teachers in large-scale practical training teaching.Introduce the lean management concept to decompose the training teaching process,clarify the objectives,standards,processes and evaluation methods of each teaching link,and construct the overall quality management framework.Integrating Internet of Things technology,cloud technology,big data technology,artificial intelligence technology and other information means,we will build a vocational school training room that can practice and present the designer’s advanced vocational education concept.
