摘要
近年来,'工匠精神'成为各行各业关注的重点,该研究从强化校企合作、培养学生的爱岗敬业精神和积极推广新型学徒制等三个方面,就培养民办高校食品科学与工程专业学生的工匠精神进行了应用研究。
The spirit of craftsman has become the focus of all walks of life in recent years.The article covers three aspects:strengthening school-enterprise cooperation,cultivating students’professional dedication and love for their jobs,and actively promoting new apprenticeships.Cultivating the spirit of craftsman in students majoring in food science and engineering in private colleges was studied.
