摘要
该文剖析了当前中职学校烹饪专业美术教学的现状及存在的一些实质性的问题,对中职烹饪美术课程教学做出了创新性的构想。指出在烹饪美术教学过程中要改勇于改变传统的教学模式,运用新颖的教学方式与教学手段,培养学生学习的主动性,提高学生的艺术修养与知识的积累,不断提高独立创作的能力。
This paper analyses the current situation and some substantive problems in the art teaching of Culinary Specialty in secondary vocational schools,and makes innovative ideas for the teaching of culinary art in secondary vocational schools.It is pointed out that in the teaching process of culinary art,we should change the traditional teaching mode,use novel teaching methods and teaching means,cultivate students’initiative in learning,improve students’artistic accomplishment and knowledge accumulation,and constantly improve their ability of independent creation.
