PBL教学法在医学免疫学课程教学中的应用探索——以昆明医科大学海源学院医学免疫学课程教学为例

摘要 PBL教学模式在国外已经得到了广泛应用,但对于大多数中国学生来说是一项新奇且未知的事物,相对于传统教学来说,它具有一定的优势。该次PBL实践教学我们选择在正在接受传统医学免疫学教育的学生中进行,通过名额限制和自愿报名的形式,筛选出了包括教师在内的8人组成教学小组,最终顺利完成了I型超敏反应这部分的教学目标。无论是学生还是教师,都在这一过程中收获颇丰。 PBL teaching model has been widely used in foreign countries,but for most Chinese students is a novel and unknown thing,compared with traditional teaching,it has a certain advantage.This PBL practice teaching we choose to be in the traditional medical immunology education among the students,through the quota limit and voluntary registration in the form of a selection of 8 people,including teachers,the composition of the teaching group,and finally successfully completed the I-type hypersensitivity response part of the teaching objectives.Both students and teachers have gained a lot in the process.
