In order to continuously improve the quality of personnel training in colleges and universities,each university continuously innovates the personnel training mode,and the innovation of personnel training mode on the basis of inter-school cooperation is also an important way to improve the quality of personnel training.This paper analyzes the influence of inter-school cooperation on the training mode of university talents,analyzes the specific training mode of university talents under the inter-school cooperation perspective,and hopes to help universities to continuously innovate the training mode of talents under the inter-school cooperation perspective,thus continuously improving the level of college education.It will lay a good foundation for the long-term development of colleges and universities.
